I'm a full year resident of DC, spouse was part year -- how do we file in DC?

I'm hoping to avoid a call to the DC Tax office tomorrow morning. I lived in DC during the entirety of 2013. My husband moved from NY to DC in November. Do we file married but separately on the same return or must we file separately? Tax Act has not been helpful. Any thoughts?
