White House black market. That is only because I know my exact size in their clothes and I won't have to do returns. That is more of a pain for me than actually going to the mall.

zappos.com easy returns (up to a year, no questions asked)

Shopstyle.com or Polyvore. You don't have to shop multiple stores. They combine inventory so it's one stop and easier to compare prices.

Ann Taylor Loft, Nordstrom, zappos, Anthropologie. Must, must, must have low or no shipping fees and very easy returns. Anthropologie shipping costs far too much, so I do not online there very often.

I agree with you about shipping, so wondering about your inclusion of Loft - I think their shipping is far too high ($9 - and only free shipping over $125).

I love Lands ENd. They have so many great, quality basics, and are really stepping up their game when it comes to cute patterns.

For Loft, if I don't buy $125 worth of stuff (i often buy 2 sizes and try on bc I am between sizes) then I throw something in the basket that raises the price to the limit for free shipping and return what I do not need.
