I think he was 1 and 4 against madison |
17 to Langley without Langley's top scoring attackman is a bad look for 5A as a whole. |

| Ha. There are paid evals with IL and then there are pure ratings and evals done from event performances where IL scouts are there. Guys who are good enough to get noticed - get noticed. Randels is a kid who got noticed because he's good, not because he paid his way onto anything. You don't get signed by Penn State if you're not one of the best in the country. There's definitely some paying your way through some of this when kids are younger (travels teams, etc) but not when you get to the level of a Randels and playing for a team like Penn State, that's all based on being good. IL is pure in how they do things. They wouldn't have been around for a long as they have if there were anything other. |
| Imagine only scoring 11 on Herndon and thinking your offense is going to run anyone over. |
Remeber your post so I can make the point on how great of a coach DW is winning state title with a bunch of low level D3 guys. |
| pretty sure the coach is glazing himself here |

What I don’t get is the number of kids on here from Arlington and Great Falls (YT and Langley)
Can we talk about the 3 other more interesting games? BF/ Madison and WP/Cosby will be better games to watch. |
Playing for Penn State? He may be committed, but that’s a long way from playing. Benchwarmer and practice JAG at best- far too small to get significant playing time. I predict a year there and portal to a D3 in year 2. |
I disagree that insidelacrosse’s existence validates their approach to “doing things” right (my gripe primarily with the paid evals), but Randles is legit. There is no denying that. He may not play much his first or second year but he will most definitely be a contributor by his junior year if he buys into tambroni’s system |
You’re absolutely right. No undersized X attackman/primary facilitator has ever succeeded at Penn State. |
Agreed, buying into Tambroni's system is the key. If he buys into that system, then for sure he'll contribute. Obviously, it remains to be seen if he does in fact buy into the system. But if he does, watch out. |
Battlefield by 4 or 5 2 teams that will lose in the semis so who cares. |
I’ll take the Scotty Roland kid over randles any day of the week. I’ve talked to beer himself, he agrees. He just kills the offense over there an any good team and scout around that. If I had to pick one for my team, give me Roland. |
| Who the hell is Scotty Roland. |
