Laser Hair Removal vs. Needle Electrolysis - which is more effective for stubborn unwanted hair?

Anonymous
I have about 20 very, very strong and thick black hairs on my chin. They grow like weeds. I am plucking these things daily and it has gotten worse since I've had two children. I started trying laser hair removal before I got pregnant with my first, and then had to stop because of the pregnancy. I am ready to start again, but didn't feel like the laser hair removal was doing much good. These hairs are so strong that waxing doesn't even get them. They must be tweezed one-by-one and then almost immediately grow back (either overnight or the next day). I've tried shaving but you can see stubble. I really want these things gone. Would electrolysis work since it isolates only one hair? I thought that it was more of an old school method before lasers, but maybe that's what I need? Help?

Electrolysis, definitely. Especially for what you're talking about.

Elaborating -- E is much more effective. It isn't done as widely because it takes an eternity to do a big area, and it's uncomfortable. But for a small area it works very well.

Electrolysis. Have your doctor write a prescription for EMLA numbing cream....makes it less painful.
The chin doesn't hurt so bad. Under the nose? Yea, that hurts.
