ISO tailor in Tyson's/Falls Church

Im looking for a good tailor near Tyson's or Falls Church to take in a bridesmaid dress - the bust may also need to be reworked. This is a bigger job than I'd trust to my dry cleaner who usually does hemming and small jobs. Recommendations much appreciated. Also, any ideas on how much this is going to cost? It needs to be taken in almost three sizes, shortened, and the bust is completely off, though I'm not sure how they'd fix that.

| The tailor in Tyson's Galleria is really good. He took in and shortened my wedding dress. It wasn't cheap - $275 but he is really good. |

| Not quite Tyson's or Falls Church, but I really like Millie's. On Glebe Rd, almost at the intersection with Lee Hwy. Dry cleaner on the first floor, seamstress upstairs. |
