Cross Training Advice

I primarily cycle outdoors in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. I need to start cross training because I losing a lot of my flexibility and range of motion (esp. in the hip flexors - almost no range of motion). I have had knee surgery and am wildly uncoordinated. I find many of the exercise DVDs, like T25, are not for uncoordinated people. Any suggestions?

Yoga. Tell the teacher before class about your hip issues and she will make sure to include a lot of hip openers. I just started two days a week of yoga (a month ago) after 2 years of pretty much only running. It's amazing how much better I feel already.
