Help! Cramps with orgasm (TMI)

For the last month I have been getting heavy cramps with the onset of an orgasm. It is more like labor pains as even after sex, I can feel my uterus contracting/cramping (going from heavy to mild to heavy again). I have googled my butt off and have come across endometriosis to fibroids to onset of menopause as possible

I am 32, had a miscarriage/D&C 3 months ago, started a new birth control (generic seasonique) and had a period just now that lasted 2 weeks (with the pill). Usually, with pill my periods are 2-3 days. I know I have some recent things happening and it could be related but just wanted to see if any other women have experienced this. I had 4 ultrasounds related to my miscarriage so I would think they would have seen if it were fibroids/Endo.

It just sucks because the heavy cramps come at onset of orgasm and not after.

They would not necessarily have seen small fibroids or endometriosis on an ultrasound 3 months ago. Fibroids can grow very rapidly. I would see a doctor about this.

An ovarian cyst can do this too

Fibroids. I had this symptom for years. It went away finally after I had a child and my fibroids came out in the c/s. BTW, when fibroids are small they don't show up on ultrasound.

Take a tylenol or ibuprofen before you have sex.
