Finding a nanny or nanny share?

| So, we are starting the process to find a nanny or share situation? How do we do it? Call every ad in this forum? Place our own? Use an alternate source? |

| If you're going to do a share, I think the more common approach is to find another family first - either one that already has a nanny in place (which makes everything easier), or you then decide on a nanny search strategy together. |
