Eyebrow Hair loss?

| I'm 45 years old and 2 months ago 2/3 of my right eyebrow when away. It still hasn't grown back. I feel fine and have no other symptoms. Any idea what could cause this? |

You can get your thyroid checked just in case.
There are cosmetic solutions that maybe a dermatologist or plastic surgeon could discuss. |

| Check your thyroid levels. Losing the outer edges of the eyebrows can be a symptom. |

| +1 for thyroid, although the fact it's only one of your eyebrows that's affected has me thinking you may have gotten some chemical on it that you're sensitive to. |

| +1 for thyroid check. But i am a very fair natural blonde, thryoid is fine and have almost no eyebrows from center out. I am using Latisse on them (google: latisse eyebrows and see results) and will report back. |

| could also be alopecia. was given topical steroids, mine grew back very quickly. used for about two and a half months then stopped when it grew back. my eyebrows look like they used to! |
