Recommend What to Order from Nando's

I know it's kind of late but I've decided to order a valentine's day carry-out dinner for DH and 3 kids 8, 6 and 2. I've decided to get something from Nando's. Looks like something the kids would love and DH loves chicken. However, I've never been to Nando's and don't know what's good. For those who have been there, what do you love and recommend from there? Thanks.

The chicken is good, so any of the chicken entrees. I like the macho peas and the mashed potatoes also. My husband likes the salad that has liver and feta on it, because he's a weirdo.

I find the medium to be plenty hot for someone who likes moderately spicy foot. However, I did notice that the one time I got a whole chicken, it wasn't as spicy as the individual breasts.

I like the mediterranean salad with chicken on it, but everything is good. The garlic bread is to die for.

I've been to the one on 18th Street and also the one in downtown Silver Spring. I usually get it medium hot. I don't know how it would work with carry-out but if you're eating in, they have bottles of the sauce (I like the garlic kind) that you can add spice/flavor.

I'm now looking at the menu because you've got me hungry and if I was getting takeout for me, DH and DD (age 4), I'd probably get the full platter with peas and mashed potatoes, add a side of corn on the cob and a liver and feta salad and all share. For your family, I'd do the full platter for you and your husband and another similarly sized thing for the kids.

Their hot is very hot, esp. in Silver Spring.

We really like their corn, and their squash.

I like the wings, because you get a higher sauce to meat ratio.

I love Nando's....had it in England and so happy to see it here. The chicken is awesome, also get a bunch of the garluc bread. Mmmmm!

We went there once and the chicken and sides were all too hot. It kind of blended together into one spicy mess.

Hot is spicy but we stopped going when we realized how small their chickens are. It is a cool place but you get about half as much food as you would get at the many other chicken places, and most taste pretty similar

Love the chicken, but I get it plain. Can't handle hot.
The fries are also good
