Why does this topic gets its own forum? (PG Co)

Never noticed it before, but why is this county singled out of the MD County forum?

There are other threads about this, but the main reason is that every time anyone mentioned PG County in the MD Schools forum, a bunch of obnoxious posters started to insult the county with comments about how horrible the school system is, how much crime is in the county, how horrible we are as parents if we lived in the county with school-age children and a lot of general negativity about the county (despite the broad variation within the county). Those with children in PG county asked for a separate forum so that they could have discussions about the county and get away from the obnoxious posters.
