Cost of Home Inspection?

We were quoted $495 for a 2000 sq ft SFH with no basement, crawl space only, in Rockville. Home was built in 1940 but renovated in 2007.
Does this sound about right? Or is it too high? |

| I think I paid $450 for my inspection in late 2011 on a 1,500 SF SFH with a basement in Arlington. So $495 sounds pretty good. |
