NoVA schools' offers/rejections

A few folks have been chatting about acceptance letters/emails/calls and rejections (letters only?) for the DC schools. Does anyone know how the NoVA schools communicate?

My experience was schools in NoVa mailed the same day as DC schools. Applied to 3 NoVA and 2 DC schools. They all came within three days of each other and had similar postmarks.

Before, simultaneously, or after the mailed letter?

You need to search last year's admission letters threads for SSSAS. I saw people posting that they got a welcome email before letters, but that's all I know... I was watching for reports on other schools and remember seeing posts about SSSAS..

I see some older threads that reference video acceptance emails. Are they still doing that?
