DCUM Needs Professional Assistance

We are looking for recommendations for the following:

1) An attorney or other professional to help advise and set-up DC Urban Moms and Dads as an appropriate corporate structure (whatever that may be);

2) An accountant or other professional to help advice DC Urban Moms and Dads regarding taxes and other financial arrangements.

We are based in Washington, DC and should be considered to be a start-up despite our decade of operation.

Recommendations can be posted in this thread, or, preferably, emailed to "admin" at "dcurbanmom.com".
