Just got term life insurance... phew. But what's next?

I am feeling really good that I just mailed in the check for our term life insurance - 20 years - and my kids are 4 yo twins. Now, what do I need to do next? Do we need to appoint someone to oversee the money that goes to them if we die?

Yes, we both got policies. And no...no will yet. Will the attorney help with everything?
