Tell me about Mount Olivet in Arlington

| I went to an info session today and there seems to be a lot of interest; I have also read on here that it is really hard to get a spot. Why is that? I'm just genuinely curious as I begin the search, and I know it's pretty competitive around here, but Mt. Olivet seems to be especially so for some reason... |

My friend (longtime Olivet parent) says that it's so hard to get a spot because of siblings preferences, and that the families there typically have 3-4 kids. So by the time all the siblings are let in, there aren't many (or any) spaces for any new families.
Friend has 4 kids. 
It's also just in a really good location in an area where preschool in general is competitive. |
