She’s eaten the same thing for lunch for 17 years and she cleans her space in the refrigerator every Friday afternoon etc etc. She can’t do small talk and she memorizes every memo the company has ever sent out so even though no one follows the random June of 2017 memo that states no tank tops she will point out every tank top and refer to said memo. But I truly love her. She’s fantastic at her job and I make sure she’s the highest paid admin and give her cash bonuses at Christmas. If we were men she would prob be running this place but as women we are expected to be friendly and make the environment warm and maternal. But I see you Nancy! And I got you!

I love that you take care of her. That's awesome

Nancy sounds like she's great at her job and it's nice to hear she's supported and appreciated. I hope you communicate your positive feedback to her verbally or in writing, I bet it would mean a lot.

So glad you work with Nancy and appreciate her. There is nothing better than working with someone that has HFA in my experience. I’ve worked with two guys on the spectrum and once I figured out the weirdness, it was nothing but great.
