She looks emaciated, skin and bones. Not wonderful or lovely or healthy.

It’s Di’s eating disorders all over again, with chemotherapy thrown in.

Kate’s “loving” public needs to stop saying it’s a great thing. Just don’t comment at all, or limit your comments to her hair or smile or something.

I’m so much thinner than before marriage and kids. I don’t have an eating disorder. Some of it is aging - especially my face is not as youthful and “full” as when I was younger. I’ve had periods of stress where I lost weight but wouldn’t classify as eating disorder. I think she’s the same. Naturally thin and now stress and health issues and age have made her thinner.

Depending on the type of chemo people often either eat everything in sight and gain weight, or lose weight dramatically. Here Kate looks like she is the latter side. I lost 20 lbs but wasn't as thin as she was when I began. BTDT.

Signed, cancer survivor

Agreed, she lost weight with chemo, and nobody but nobody blames here for that. The problem is that rumors were already swirling for years that she had an eating disorder before her operation or treatment, so she had no weight to lose.

LOL. You are the queen of the backhanded compliment!

Look at you, glorifying eating disorders and calling anyone who says otherwise queens of backhanded compliments.

Hate to break it to you but thin will always be in.

I'm thin. I think Kate needs to put on 20 pounds, stat. Anybody who says otherwise is sending a horrible message to our daughters.

Yeah how dare she have cancer and lose weight?! What will our daughters think. Hopefully your daughter is smarter than you and can figure it out.

You keep ignoring everybody here who says she was anorexic before January so she had no weight to lose. And you keep insulting people.

Get a grip and stop glorifying eating disorders.

There is zero evidence she had any eating disorder yet you keep harping on it. Why?

It's called concern trolling. Allows you to bash someone's looks while claiming the moral high ground. Now you can accuse anyone who thinks she looks good of supporting dangerous eating disorders.

Oh please. She's objectively been underweight for a long, long time. If you refuse to see that, you're the problem.

No, actually you're the problem insisting everyone needs to be fat like you.

Why do Kate's rabid followers act like middle school mean girls? The constant insults are just beyond.

Thanks for your concern, but I'm a great weight.

I'm not the one trolling and criticizing someone with cancer. That's you, my dear. Own it.

Denial is not just a river in Egypt. You've loved Kate's anorexic look way before the cancer. Own it.

Please. If she gained five pounds the ED concern trolls would be the first to call her puffy and bloated and make up wild theories like she's gaining weight because William is cheating.

So it's actually a good thing she's been anorexic for years? Is that what you keep saying?

Woosh.

They're the peasants who think docility to their 'masters' will earn them goodwill. It's funny and sad at the same time.

Or... They just think she looks pretty today and actually was treated for cancer?

Only homely women think she looks good because it makes them feel good about themselves. She's never been a pretty woman .

DP. I didn't write that about the milk, and I actually disagree, but you have some serious issues and you also lie a lot. Nobody wants her dead, dying, or divorced. Show us where anyone wrote that.

There are just some legitimate questions like a possible facelift, and some legitimate concerns like her weight.

But mentioning any of these drives you into hysterical accusations and name-calling. Why, oh why?

If you can handle people pushing back on you, there are plenty of other places that are echo chambers of like minded people. Try those out.

I thought she was aging like milk?

BTDT.

It's funny how people want to move on so badly. The dying rumors didn't stick. Nor divorce. Nor being replaced. They can't even get to her by calling her lazy. I see we're on to "anorexia!" It's funny people think Europeans give a damn about that.

Kate’s anorexia/eating disorder is not a new rumor and rumors have been swirling in Britain for years. Where have you been? Some of us have British family—you clearly don’t.

You don't have British family. Nice try though!

Sure, you got me. They never come over here to stay with us for catching up and a visit to DC, or even one time for Thanksgiving. We never attend each others' weddings and funerals.

We all have your number, though. You think your constant middle-school insults will cause us to respond and take the thread so off track the moderator will lock it. That's the real reason I'm responding now. To tell others, as they apparently already know from their behavior, to not respond to your dumb insults.

Lol. I've lived in Britain myself. It's funny how you have found a new thing to harp on. You're so transparent. And your British family doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, did you forget that? Troll.

DP. My Swedish cousin thinks American Thanksgiving is the best holiday ever. If he could swing it, he would visit for Thanksgiving often.

OMG of course they don't celebrate Thanksgiving. But most Brits have heard a lot about it. An entire wing of my family--parents, grandma, and two kids--came to our house for the meal. It was a lot of people in the house. Sorry you can't handle it.
