Trump paid 12 million in 1995. He claims it's worth a billion. Zillow's range is $60M plus or minus $15M. Zillow shows one property in the area estimated at $187M--most expensive I could see--but that one is built on a private island that looks to have been artificially made (rectangle shape) with a bridge to the coastline.

If it were sold, it would be the house Trump lived in, not the house where he lives. Otherwise, much would one of those megabillionaire dark money Republican families (names don't come to me right now, the ones who don't make headlines) be willing to pay and then let him rent his apartment, even while his age advances to decrepitude?

But what happens when they seize bank accounts? Which is what they do first. He gonna have to borrow money from Melania or her dad? Are there accounts with the businesses that can't be touched in order to make payroll?

Everybody has been focused on the real estate because of Trump’s vanity, but it’s the bank accounts that are going to devastate him.

Everybody knows he’s guilty and he’s not repaying a loan, so who wants to spend half-billion on this clown? Even if he were to win the Presidency (he won’t), it’d be impossible to get ROI unless you’re a nation state buying secrets (and no way of that money is flowing under the radar). You got to think he’ll make some last-minute play in court to slow this down, but it doesn’t seem like he has any avenue of delay this time or he’d have made it late last week.

Exactly. Ivanka and Jared are keeping their Saudi 2B away from Trump's grasping hands. Elon Musk politely turned Trump down, but still had to meet with the guy, since it was a direct request from the former President. It's no surprise that Trump's sons would have slightly colder receptions.
