I like the way she candidly points out that her eyes have an odd shape - she even said they’re different sizes and that she’s used to people commenting on it. I think her face is lovely and not cookie-cutter perfect which makes it more interesting. She made me laugh when she called herself Ms. Sid Sloth.

To the PP saying she “looks slow” - comments like that reveal so much about you, none of it good. Would you say Halle Bailey “looks slow” due to her wide set eyes?

Not true, about half the posts are being deleted. Teacher here. I can assure you that lots of things that are “well known in school communities” are 100% false. It is called gossip.

That said, maybe she was a bully. If so, that was 5+ years ago. There’s a good chance she learned from it and has changed. The 2 biggest bullies in my HS did a complete 180 soon after we graduated and became pillars of the community. They are seriously traumatized and horrified by their own actions and take every opportunity to apologize. And let me tell ya, those girls were MEAN! Nobody would have ever guessed they would turn into good people.

By doing what, living in the present? It’s only people living in the past who can’t stop bringing it up who are the problem. Do you spend all your time burying whatever you did in high school? After high school nobody cares anymore.

My question is coming from someone who admittedly does not have much of a face care regime. Do people really use that many different products on their face? I am genuinely curious. I would think layering on all those different chemicals can, in a way, suffocate one's skin, not help it but I am probably wrong?

I've wondered this too. My college-aged daughter uses a lot of different products too and I worry about her skin!
