I did their yoga fit when I was able to workout agin and I take my 6-month old to their itsy bitsy yoga. It's getting crowded on the weekends, but we love going. I see a lot of toddlers happily playing after a yoga session. It's a greT place IMHO.

They are having a one day sale today - 10% off their 5 and 10 class passes.

I really love it! I have gone for itsy bitsy and baby and me yoga. I found it to be a great outing during the earliest months of my babies life. It is small and cozy and warm. I really enjoy going with my baby - it is a good bonding experience, we meet other local moms and we learn some fun movements/songs/moves to do together.

I know they have lots of classes for older kids - I am looking forward to taking my baby to those too in a few years.

I find Lil' Om to be very 'mom-petitive' - "Oh did you have a midwife? Well, I had a home birth" kind of place.

I have been there. I am a c-section, formula-feeding, night-nurse kind of mom. And I like it there.

This probably speaks to your own insecurities more than anything else. I delivered at a hospital with an ob and an epidural and never once has it come up. How bizarre.

Yes, bizarre. That's the exact opposite of my experience. It's a great place!
