gift ideas for a 3rd grader and 10th grader

I am looking to get a very small Christmas gift for a girl in third grade a boy in 10th grade (something around $20 each). No idea what to get for these ages. Please let me know your suggestions.

3rd grader -- some kind of craft kit -- girls in elementary school often like to do crafts

DVDs are always appreciated. The parents would know what titles would be appropriate, but assume that the 10th grader would like a copy of The Dark Knight or Ironman, and the 3rd grader would like Horton Hears a Who, or WALL-e. Also, you can get them gift certificates from Netflix, or Amazon. They all love those.
