law and order svu

Is anyone watching this now? It is intense.

Not now, but we will catch up via DVR!

Yeah. Insane, right. I mean, always intense but now intense for the main cast. Guess they figured it was time to do some character development?

So what happened? Obviously I haven't watched lately, but saw a commercial re tonight's episode.

It's a soap opera now, they way as well drop the law & order affiliation.
Anonymous
yeaaaaahhhh....

I'm hoping no wingnuts who watched that will think they are doing women a favor with a rape... it's an interesting topic but it felt a little 'wtf'...

Haven't seen the recent shows (I watch the re-runs). Maybe I will have to tune in.

Can someone give a re-cap? I Saw the previews and was interested but never did watch it.

I'd be interested in a spoiler also. I don't get to watch it often, but am curious what's going on.

I think it jumped the shark when Stabler (whom we call "stapler" in our household) left. SPOILER ALERT: Olivia has been promoted to Sergeant and is in Captain Cragan's position. DH won't watch with me anymore because it's too formulaic and struggling to stay alive.

How do I watch it on Hulu or Netflix? We have Apple TV and I can't find my shows anymore =[

I used to be an avid viewer, and still like most of the reruns on Cloo, or whatever has them now, but I hated when they moved to more story arcs for the characters and stuff so not related to the actual investigations. I liked it much better when one episode contained the story. Try to figure out the mystery, doink doink, Dick Wolf, the end.

Has anyone binge-watched this beginning to end?

SPOILER ALERT: Yes, Olivia has been promoted to Sargeant, but she's still doing detective work. The last show hinted all the pressure is getting to her as she snapped at her boyfriend and as she poured her second bottle of wine. Her partner Amaro (sp?) is lying to her about reconciling with his separated wife. And Rollins (the blonde detective) is gambling and hiding it, but has been showing up late. It seems Tutuola is the only one holing it together these days!
