Besides apples and fiber one cereal, what are other good sources of fiber? thanks!

Trader Joe's makes some pretty good organic fiber muffins called Moral Fiber. The orange cranberry are good. Something to alternate fiber one with anyway...

8 oz glass of prune juice daily, especially when bfeeding. Essential!

Carrots! You can also puree them and add them to food and you can't even tell.

Someone recommended the Trader Joes Organic Os--they have a regular cheerio type and then a heartier one that's full of fiber.

Anytime you up the fiber, you need to make sure you also increase the amount of liquids you consume or it will have the opposite result of what you are looking for. That is why things like apples, etc work well -- since they have fiber and water. I've read that 1/4 to 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce a day works wonders.
