I work for a great company, but will not recommend it to you because you apparently haven't heard of research.

You should seek a job that you are interested in, not a job with perks or benefits, you will be unhappy.

Check out glassdoor.com. I declined two companies based on the reviews I read there.

Which is also a load of bullshit. On site day care does not make a great company to work.

That and the methodology is shit anyway. If any of the offices have a day care they can say "yes". The question should be "What percentage of your staff have access to an on site daycare?" Similar shit for "Do you allow telecommuting?" And the like.

If you work 100% remote or even 80% - I'm not sure how you'll do better than that. What exactly are you looking for? Flex time? Reduced schedule?
