easy asian side dish?

I'm serving a rice and meat based main dish and am looking for something an easy vegetable side. I've got a variety of veggies on hand - green beans, carrots, bell pepper and a well-stocked pantry. Any ideas would be welcome!

What about just a simple veggie stir fry? A little soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar for seasoning.
