Since people are always looking for easy recipes in the crockpot -- I just put this in this morning.

Pork butt rubbed with salt and garlic powder
chicken broth, lots of balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce
drizzled honey over the top

By tonight it will be falling apart and delicious ... can't wait!

Let us know how it is. My meats always turn out really dry.
