Definitely put your complaint in writing. It benefits everyone to have these complaints documented. Build a file against whoever this principal is... If you feel his/her behavior is in any way abusive towards children in the school, either mentally or physically, do not hesitate to call CPS.

MCPS no longer has community sups. You need to contact the Associate Superintendent for Elementary schools in your area. If that does not work fill out the Complaint from the Public. Good Luck!

If you can get other unhappy parents to complain in writing as well, it would help.
