4 year old with fine rash all over his body

Our 4 year old suddenly got a fine rash covering his entire body. It looks like goosebumps all over finger tips, face etc.
I can't drive since I recently had surgery so won't be able to take him to the doctor until tomorrow. Just thought someone may have an idea. Trying to get to talk with the doctor. He doesn't have a cough, runny nose etc. he is behaving vey normal with no temp or red eyes. |
