those stairs....
town house
Big draw back is the lower level garage and many, many steps to front door. Houses with this configuration sell much slower than most (and for less money). The kitchen and baths all have very cheap, builder's grade cabinets which makes me think that there are probably a lot of other cheap finishes through out. Bedrooms do not have hardwood floors. That being said, it shows well and is in a convenient location.
I'm not loving the fact that now people are posting actual addresses in the subject heading.
I'm new at this. Why is that a problem?
Cheap looking and tacky.
cheap, tacky, too many stairs. should be at 999k.
Why is it a problem to post actual addresses in the subject heading?

Which part looks cheap? I actually liked that house and considered it but the stairs were a problem. I liked the backyard for the children, the # of rooms for a playroom and the flow of rooms - it would have worked well for us.
Regarding tacky, any interior design can be changed ( if one thinks it is tacky). But I am curious as to which part looks "cheap"....... |
looks like a townhouse that would be found in manassas
That pic on zillow is terrible. Accentuates the stairs and garage.
