Has anyone tried it with success? I normally prefer to workout outdoors but I've been getting sick too often this winter plus I workout 6am- seems much colder than last winter. So I'm looking for a good alternative. I've done insanity & loved it but just bored with it after 2 years and all other workouts seem too easy. Wondering if focusT25 is worth it. Thanks in advance!
DH did Insanity then bought T25. He didn't like it as much. I think T25 is ok. He is doing Jillian Micheal's 30 Shred for something new.
I never did insanity, but I did Jillian Michele's 30 day shred and gave up because the lack of variety, my knees hurt, her voice annoyed me. I started t25 in November and I've actually stuck to it! I like that there's a bigger variety of videos (12) and I like Shaun T, he's got a soothing voice and is motivational to me. Definitely more fit as a result of doing it 4-5 mornings a week
How funny! I thought I was the only one who felt that way about Jillian. My husband is the one who bought the T25, but I think I might try it myself. Glad to hear you are having good luck! |
I didn't care for T25 and I'm a home workout junkie. Try the new P90X3. I love the variety - there appears to be some science behind the system (I didn't get that feeling from T25, though I do love Shaun T).
Op here- thanks for all the feedback. I was also interested in P90x3 but I find Tony Horton really annoying, his 'jokes' + blabbing were too much. Shaun T I prefer much better, that's why I was thinking of focusT25. Thanks again.
Op again- I really like Jillian Michaels but I find the workouts not as challenging after 3 rounds of insanity (not back to back bc that would be insane) anyway, thanks for the suggestion.
