Someone to hang a gallery of frames

Anonymous
Whenever I try to hang pucture frames, they are just a tiny bit off, and they look terrible when next to each other. Can anyone recommend a professional to hang frames so that they all line up?

...use a level.

c'mon this is a DIY and just common sense - tape measure, pencil, level, hammer, nails, hooks

makes you wonder what sort of husbands people marry

take your time measure, measure again, if you need to lay it out in blue painters tape breath

How about someone to hang a large dining room mirror on an outside wall without framing beams. Brick on the outside and drywall on the inside. If it had studs, I could do it myself, but without, I think it needs a professional. Mclean, VA area?

What kind of anchors am I looking for? Ones that go into brick?

What a stupid sexist comment. Why would one need a husband to hang frames? I need a level and a hammer, not a penis.

Freak.

When i was hanging a bunch of little frames, I cut templates from paper for each frame, labeled it, marked on the frame exactly where the nail should be positioned and then arranged the paper templates on the wall and taped them up when I was happy.

Then I could just hammer a nail through the marked nail spot. It worked great -- perfect alignment!

OP, I'm with you 1,000%. No matter how much advanced planning I do and how carefully I measure, something is always slightly off, or the frames themselves wind up being a little off-balance, or whatever. This is something I'd love to outsource instead of just having a box full of unhung pictures in frames!

I will do it for 2000

I was with you OP, avoided gallery walls because they were a pain, i ended up with extra holes everywhere, cursing, and still not thrilled with the results....until....
