I use allrecipes, put in my ingredients and sort by rating. I haven't really had any true clunkers on thinks 4 stars and above.

Allrecipies is good, and I also use supercook. I basically see what I have on hand that's perishable, then work from there.

foodgawker. it shows close-up pictures of finished dishes with a brief description of the main ingredients and then you can click on the picture for the blog/recipe. very nice for browsing.
