is there always implantation bleeding?

No, implantation bleeding is actually pretty rare---maybe in 10-15% of pregnancies.

OP here -- thanks ladies!
I was reading on fertilityfriend.com website and it seems that there are really NO true early signs.... some bleed, some don't, some have another temp shift, some don't... the only sure sign is a pregnancy test.... I hate the 2ww. |

| In both of my pregnancies I've experienced period-like cramping a few days before it was due. I never spotted but always had the cramping. So, cramps without blood could be a good sign. Good luck getting through your wait! |

During the 2 times that implantation occurred I had sharp pangs. My friend who had a successful IVF had implantation bleeding. It does happen!!! Stay positive and if you believe in God, pray. Miracles do happen.
