| Are these two kids in the same family? Then I'd definitely buy something for the baby, too. With a baby, you could buy gifts that look ahead to the future. What about a favorite kids' picture book? |
| The kid is 6 months - save your money and buy them something when they can appreciate it, or at least know that it exists. |
| I know I am going to get flamed for this but I have to say it. Please, is it Christmas or Hanukkah? Totally different things, not /. Unless of course the child is Christian Jewish, which I don't think has been invented yet. |
I don't understand this comment. I assumed OP used both holidays in her title to solicit ideas from everyone, regardless of which holiday their families happen to celebrate this month. Why so sensitive, PP? |
Books. Some soft and chewy ones baby can start to appreciate by eating and some classics for her to grow into.
