We did go to Dr. Weil and then moved, and we have been much happier with http://www.kidsdentalsafari.com/

Maybe it's just the little things like getting a cool toy afterwards and tv's and such and a newer brighter space.

We love, love, love Dr. Ganjavi at Vienna Pediatric Dentistry.
They have a laser which means for most cavities, they don't need novicane or the drill. She also isn't too quick to fix things that don't need fixing. My son has a cavity in a baby tooth that should fall out in a couple years and it was her idea to keep an eye on it because it might fall out before we need to fix it.

+1 Very, very happy with him. Kids actually fight with each other who gets the first appointment when they go together. Oldest is almost a teen now and he has been happy there since he was almost 2.

We have been twice and both times I have been pleased with her and the staff. They had tons of patience for my 3 yr old
