Recommend a High Risk OB/Perinatologist in Arlington or Tysons

Hi everyone! I'm 5 weeks 1 day pregnant, and also a Type 1 Diabetic, which automatically makes me a high risk patient. I'm looking for a HROB in Arlington or Tysons who you've used and liked. I know there's one that Dr. Crowther, Rossi, etc, deal with in the VA Hospital Center, but I don't want to use him because of his dated diabetes management style. Any others that you'd recommend?

I too am a Type 1 diabetic and currently 18 weeks pregnant. My ob/gyn recommended MD Perinantal Associates in Maryland because she had worked with them in the past. I highly recommend them, even though they are a bit of a drive. You might also want to see if your ob/gyn or endocrinologist has any recommendations.
