MMA or boxing at home?

| Before we moved here I took MMA classes and loved them. I can't find a similar class in my location and with a baby my workouts pretty much have to happen at home after her bedtime anyway. Does anyone have recs for an MMA or boxing video that could be done at home in the living room (no bag required)? I'm not interested in LA Boxing-style cardio boxing. More interested in working on proper form. Thanks! |
