The day care center that my DC attends (The Children's Learning Center - www.clcmd.org) currently has openings for infants and toddlers (they may have some openings for older pre-Ks as well, you can give them a call). The teachers at this center are wonderful and most have been there for many years (30 yrs in a few cases). The school is located in a former public school building so there is lots of space including large classrooms, a library, gym and large playgrounds. The director can be a little flaky (don't be discouraged by that), but the teachers are great and I've been happy with their handling of pretty much everything. In particular, we appreciate that they have a strong program for kids throughout the preschool years, from infants to kindergarten. Happy to answer any questions that are posted.
