Dump into a bowl with one can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 rounded tbsp. flour, a tsp of salt and vanilla to taste. Mix together.
Drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 until golden on the bottom (top will be white with hints of golden. The easiest and best coconut macaroons. |
| Put in food processor with a few chopped dates, almonds, tiny pinch of salt, a few drops of vanilla extract. This makes a wonderful topping for oatmeal or added to plain yogurt. I use this to make my own energy bars by adding a few drops of water to make it stick, then pressing it into a brownie-bite silicone pan (you could just press it into any old dish and cut squares.) Refrigerate leftovers for up to 1 week. Sometimes I mix in carob chips. |
