Not Your Daughter's Jeans?

Anyone try these - Not Your Daughter's Jeans? I see they are available at Nordstrom - anyone have any experience with these? Good fit? Not to "mom jeans"?

I tried them on at Bloomingdale's (White Flint) and did not like them at all. I was really hoping to- maybe they are nicer on other people or I didn't try enough styles- but on me they looked like mom jeans.

I have a pair I bought at Nordstrom's. $ 98 for a pair of jeans is not my usual price range, but I do love how they fit and feel . The zipper, however, is cheap, cheap, cheap though it works ok.

I have a pair and I like them. They eliminated my baby muffin top and make me feel a bit slimmer. I don't know that I would fill my closet with them, but they are worth trying on!

I liked them with a long shirt (otherwise a bit momm-y) but after 3 washed they lost their shape. Disappointing,

I dryclean all my jeans for that reason. Anyway, I have a pair of NYDJs and like them ok. Thing is, they don't do much for my figure flaws: disproportionate thighs and flat derriere. They're supposed to do some a$$ shaping, but I don't see it. They're good with the waist and belly, but (a) those aren't my particular problems, and (b) that makes them so high-waisted that there's some danger of confusion with "mom jeans"... so I wear mine with long sweaters, too and am not so likely to buy more.
