Eggshell paint- what brand to use?

Moved into new house recently. Used Clark and Kensington eggshell paint (from Ace) for a couple rooms. Went on fine for the most part, but the fumes were rather strong. For our kitchen reno, we used a Benjamin Moore (the lower end version- called "Ben" I think?). I thought the fumes were less but our contractor complained about how he hated the paint. Huh. So now we're planning to do a couple more rooms and I have no idea what paint to get. I know that Mythic is supposed to be totally smell free but it's expensive and no idea how well it applies. How about Behr? Would like to keep it under $40 a gallon if possible. What have others liked?

We used Behr and liked it. I think the new Behr is supposed to be pretty good-- our contractor didn't complain at least and the fumes weren't bad.
