Who owns a certain property?

This is public record; isn't there a easy way to learn this? And there used to be a site that told you who lived in or owned homes on any given street... Where are these sites now?

Local jurisdiction websites

Look up your jurisdictions real estate tax records. Many places have them online. You can often search by property address and it will give you the ownership record of the house.

The address is only bringing up real estate sites and the only info is when it last sold and for how much.

Why don't you tell us what jurisdiction the house is in and perhaps someone will take pity on you and provide further, more specific help.

Go to zillow.com look up the house and there is a link for tax record
