Does anyone use simple.com or ally bank?

We're trying to switch out of Wells Fargo and are considering these two options. Does anyone have any positive or negative experience to share?

I use both. We use Ally for savings accounts only because they had good interest rates. So I can't really speak to their ease of use for a checking account.

We use simple for our "allowance" money with debit cards. Super easy to transfer money, though there wasn't a way to set up automatic transfers which is a little annoying. I don't carry much of a balance there, but haven't had any problems.
