How do you know it's me, when my company NAT's the IP address

I work for a company that has internet access provided for their employees. One outside IP, many inside.

When you research a posting..and say the same IP posted multiple times...how do you know its me vs my coworker down the hall?

Same at home. I have a router and three different PCs at home (me, DH, and my nanny).

Well, unless you are doing something untoward, there is no reason for me to concern myself with whether it is you or not. Beyond that, I don't have much to say because if I answer your question, I will provide a road map for those who do want to do something untoward.
