New test-in middle school?

Isn't there already a STEM MS associated with Howard? CAn they make an existing program start to be test in? I don't think they could build a new school. Or would they consider making deal test in?

That was an iniative by some ward 6 parents. I think many people are trying to thread a very difficult needle for middle schools, it is just not evident that they can meet that many people's expectations.
