| Large 1 topping pizza for $17? Really? |
| I love Armand's! |
| That doesn't sound expensive to me. We order from pizza hut sometimes. They have a delivery fee, and with the fee and tip, it's about $20. And it's gross. |
| OP here. Me too!! just its a little pricey. |
Oh really? I guess in perspective it's not that bad! But the idea of the pizza alone being $17 before you add in fees or chocolate cake
|
Have you tried paisanos? We order from them a lot and for a plain cheese it's under $15 delivered. It's also our favorite pizza. |

Armand's hunts relentlessly for the finest ingredients in the world, and then employs a trained team of perfectionists to ensure that they reach you in immaculate condition. You should thank your baby Jesus that they deign to serve you at all, rather than crawling out of your hole to post your bitchy comments on an anonymous forum like the cowardly weasel you are.
Shame on you! |
Ho Please. |
| Armands in Tenleytuwn closed and I miss it terribly. I wish it would come back! |
| You can usually find a coupon online for Armand's that will get you a couple of dollars off. Check the Armand's website. |
| Armand's is pretty high. Pete's New Haven is worse! $25 for a large with 2-3 toppings delivered not including tip. |
This is what I was going to say, and I like Armand's better. I am not a New Haven pizza snob, sorry. We recently ordered from Flippin' Pizza and I think it was also about $17 for a large pizza. I'm originally from Buffalo. Up there you can get a "party pizza" (about 40 slices) for roughly $30. And mmmm, it's delish, not to mention the wings..... Down here all pizza seems expensive to me, but I do enjoy Armand's for a splurge! That said, for a non-splurge, I like Boboli crust from the grocery store. You can make two of those for the price of take-out pizza. |
