help my 20lb turkey is frozen solid and dinner is at 6pm

Very sorry to hear this OP. you are definitely not having turkey today though. Or even the next couple. Make a joke, invite everyone back on Saturday. Tonight, order Chinese and crack open the wine and just have fun.

OP here, I put the turkey in the oven for two hours at 225, then cranked it to 375 for two hours and then 450 for 90 minutes. It was actually the best turkey we ever had...
