What airline gives you an upgrade option immediately?

I know I've flown this airline into and out of Atlanta but can't remember which one it is .. AirTrans maybe? Or it's an all business class airline?

It is not AirTran. IMO AirTran is the least pleasant airline we have flown in recent years.
