Why is everyone missing the obvious answer? He's in DC because OBVIOUSLY the FBI is about to overturn the 2020 election results and install TFG back in the White House.
/s in case that's not obvious |
| TFG's latest filing in the matter of his sticky-fingered retention of our national security documents characterized the matter as a "storage dispute." That's like a defense attorney characterizing a rape charge as "littering." |
Well it sort of is. “ he littered semen into this woman’s vagina. Actually, your honor, this man would like his seed returned as it isn’t the woman’s property.” We are in the dumbest timeline. |
| They are trying to argue that the documents aren’t classified without making any kind of legal argument that they aren’t classified. They just say they might not actually be classified. Weak. |
| When has Jared ever been honorable? |
| So if DOJ indicts Trump, the whole special master thing is moot right? |
| Probably another semi-secret run to the hospital. It would be nice if he had been plucked from the golf course and told he was arrested or something, but I think the old bat will die before he actually has to face the music. |
Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! |

Isn't it obvious that after asking nicely for 21 months for the Biden's to cease and desist their squatting in the White House that he has been forced to file for their eviction! |
The only bad thing about his death will be his second insult to the US Capitol where his grifter family will insist that he lie in state and the Deplorables descend and riot a second time. |
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.618763/gov.uscourts.flsd.618763.84.0.pdf I like the quotation marks around every mention of "classified records." I guess that's supposed to imply that they're not really classified? Because Trump actually declassified all of them, b but didn't tell anyone? |
I hope so because that puts trump on the ballot on Nov. 8. |
His lawyers keep asserting the president has absolute authority to declassify, but they have never said in any court document or other communication to the government that he actually declassified these documents. They are happy to say it on TV, but not where there are actual consequences to lying. It's like a guy accused of being a car thief arguing that he could have bought the car, but then not arguing or providing any evidence that he actually bought it. |
